| Return Policy |
| All items returned to Headset Depot must be returned within 7 days of the date of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This policy is in effect for all new and refurbished products we sell. The purchaser is responsible for returning the items in new condition with all necessary parts and in original packaging. |

| Shipping + Billing Policy |
| Our shipping rates are based on UPS posted base rate and then a rate per weight unit. Weight units include the packing materials used for shipping. Any additional charges for certain local taxes (other than Canadian GST or Ontario PST) or duties are not included.
All credit transactions will be done in Canadian funds and converted to the currency selected at the time of the sale at the prevailing conversion rate. |
